Test Of English for International Communication

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the 2022 TOEIC Institutional Test won’t be given until the situation changes in New York City.

You can take the TOEIC “Institutional Test” at ibec.
The Institutional Test, is a version of TOEIC test that is also provided by ETS. Institutional tests are recommended for those taking the TOEIC test for self-assessment.
Also institutional test administrations may be done onsite (in your premises) or at ibec.
A Score Report will be issued from ETS.
Note: ETS issues both Score Report and Certificate of Achievement for the Public Test takers.

TOEIC Institutional Test at ibec

1. Test Location

2. Fee

For ONE Exam
$75 (Cash or Personal Check Payment)
$78 (Online Payment using Credit/Debit Cards)
　
Methods of payment
We accept payment by cash, debit card, or personal check (payable to “ibec”).
Credit card or online payments are accepted with an additional $3 processing fee.

3. Registration

Registration and payment is required 4 days prior to the test date.
Registration is confirmed when we received the fee.

There are three ways to register:

  1. Online Registration
    You can pay by credit card, debit card.
    Choose your desired test date at section below indicated as “7. Test Schedule”, and press “Register” button.
  2. Registration at ibec location
    You can pay by cash, personal check, or debit card.

4. What to bring

Photo ID, Receipt of Registration, #2 pencil(s) and an eraser.

5. Test Result

Test scores will be available for pick up two weeks after the test.
Scores may be mailed upon request for an additional fee.

6. Note

  • Registration changes or cancellations are accepted no later than 7 days prior to the test date. A date change may be requested only ONCE.
  • A $25 handling fee will apply to all refunds. In the event there are less than five registered test takers, the registered individuals will either be moved to the next test date or receive a full refund.

(Afternoon) 3:00pm – 5:00pm
(Evening) 6:45pm – 8:45pm

Although ibec is a Public Test location, we cannot answer any questions regarding the Public Test. For all inquiries, registration, and customer support, please contact ETS (TOEIC administrating body) directly, even if you are scheduled to take a test at ibec.
